Huawei launched Honor 5C in India on 22nd June, the phone will be available exclusively on Flipkart through a flash sale from 2 PM on 30th June, and the registrations are open till 1 PM. Honor 5C has a 5.2 inch FHD Display, 16nm Kirin 650 chipset, 3000 mAh Battery and a Fingerprint Sensor among others. The phone is priced very reasonably at Rs. 10,999. Honor 5C Camera Hardware
Honor 5C has a 13 MP Primary Camera that comes with LED Flash, Auto Focus, f/2.0 Aperture and 78° wide-angle 5P macro lens. It features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama and HDR for perfectly exposed pictures. The Rear Camera also comes with SmartImage 3.0 image processor that has a variety of creative filters and shooting modes, like Document adjustment that automatically crops and straightens images of documents. Moreover, the camera lens has an Anti-reflective, Oleophobic, and infrared-absorbing coating that reduces glare, prevents fingerprints, and stops unwanted IR light from reaching the sensor.
On the Front, Honor 5C is equipped with a 8 MP shooter that comes with F2.0 aperture and 77° wide-angle 4P lens. It features Prime image signal processor with automatic scene recognition, Rapid capture and preview speeds for quick selfies and Ten different beauty modes.

Honor 5C Camera UI
The User Interface is simple yet very loaded. As usual there is a shutter button at the bottom in the center, on its right there is a button for changing between photos and video recording on the left there is a button to access the gallery.There is a touch focus in the center. On the top there is a Flashlight On/Off button, and a swipe button for switching between front and back camera.
Camera Modes
Once you swipe from left to right on the above screen you will get to the modes. Honor 5C offers tons of modes which makes its camera even more appealing. Some of the modes are Beauty mode, Slow Motion recording, Panorama, Time lapse, Light Painting mode that gives you manual control of the shutter for long exposure shots, Professional mode that provides a range of DSLR-style camera settings and also a flash-capable HDR mode among others.

Front Camera Samples
Honor 5C has a 8 MP Front camera that comes with F2.0 aperture and 77° wide-angle lens. We took photos both in artificial as well as natural light, the rapid capture helped in quick selfies and the Ten beauty modes and wide lens were also effective.
Rear Camera Samples
On the Rear, Honor 5C is equipped with a nice 13 MP camera with LED Flash. The camera performed above our expectations from a normal 13 MP camera. Below are the samples in Artificial light, Natural light and Low light.

Honor 5C Camera Verdict
The 13 MP Autofocus Camera on Honor 5C performed above our expectations from a 13 MP camera. It comes with LED Flash, f/2.0 Aperture and 78° wide-angle lens. It can record Full HD videos @ 30 fps. It captures decent photos in Artificial light, Natural light and Low light for a 13 MP camera. All the photos had good colors, brightness and details, moreover, the autofocus, processing speed and camera shutter were also fast. Overall, Honor 5C has a very good camera setup for its reasonable price.
