At the end of the Jio Happy New, Reliance Jio had announced Summer Surprise Offer. Under this offer, users who recharged with RC 303 or higher were eligible to get 4 months of free unlimited 4G data, voice calling, SMS and premium app usage. Reliance Jio was advised by TRAI to withdraw the offer.
Though Reliance Jio has withdrawn the Summer Surprise offer, it stated that people who recharged their numbers with Rs. 303 or above before official withdrawal will enjoy the offer benefits.
If you have recharged your number with valid amount before official withdrawal and your current plan is still Jio Happy New Year offer like mine, follow below steps to cross check your plan.
The first thing to do would be to open the My Jio app and go to My Plans section. If the My Plans section shows Happy New Year offer, go back.
Then, go to the menu and select My Statement. Then click on view. You don’t need to change the date. If you have recharged, the detailed description will show that you are Jio Prime member.
Scroll down the page to view all your plans under ‘Plan Name’ drop-down list. You should see Summer Surprise offer along with the recharge amount adjacent to it. If you are still not able to see it, go to summary tab in your statement, and you should see your current plan under ‘Recharge Statement.’
If neither of the above steps worked, we suggest you to raise a service request or call Jio customer care to get it fixed.
