While launching the Honor 6 smartphone and MediaPad Honor T1 tablet in India earlier today, Huawei also announced the Honor Holly smartphone for the country. The vendor will soon be launching this smartphone and announce its official pricing. It is also claimed that the China based firm is planning to launch the sleek looking MediaPad X1 as Honor X1 tablet for the local market sometime soon.
When it comes to technical specifications, the Honor Holly smartphone packs a 5 inch HD LTPS display with a screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels and is stuffed with a quad-core processor ticking at 1.3 GHz clock speed. The dual SIM smartphone packs in 16 GB of native storage support that can be further expanded externally using a micro SD card.
On the imaging front, the Huawei Honor Holly is given an 8 MP primary camera with OmniVision sensor and LED flash for better low light performance and a 2 MP front-facing seflie camera onboard for video conferencing. Connectivity wise, the device comes packed with 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS and uses a 2,000 mAh battery to pump a decent life to the device.
