Lenovo K5 Note With 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM Launched For Rs.13,499

Lenovo has been on a roll with ‘K-note’ series. Last three versions of the series have received an overwhelming response from the customers. The latest of the series, K5 Note, is an all-rounder that ticks all the boxes to be a perfect budget phone. Now, Lenovo bumped up the internal storage of the phone to 64GB to face the new rival in the face of Redmi Note 4, which also feature 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. This combination may soon become a norm on the budget phones.

Lenovo K5 Note Specifications

To recap, Lenovo Vibe K5 has a metal body with a fingerprint scanner on the back. It has a 5.5 inch LTPS IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels (Full HD) and a pixel density of 401 ppi. It is powered by a Octa-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 processor with Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 chipset and Mali-T860MP2 GPU. It has 3GB/4GB RAM and 32 GB/64GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 128 GB via a microSD card. Operating system is Android 6.0 Marshmallow with new Lenovo Pure UI on the top.

Talking about the camera, it is equipped with a 13 MP primary camera with dual tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and phase detection autofocus. On the front it has a 8 MPshooter. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, NFC, USB v2.0, 2G, 3G and 4G LTE.  Unlike the previous models, this phone comes with VoLTE support out of the box.

This dual SIM smartphone is backed by a 3500 mAh Li-polymer battery that is Non-Removable and it gives upto 28 hours of talktime and 543 hours of standby time. It weighs around 165 grams  and its dimensions are 152 x 75.7 x 8.5 mm. Sensors on the phone include Fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass.

The 4GB/64GB version is listed on Flipkart for a price of Rs. 13,499. At the same time, 4GB/32GB version received a price cut of Rs.1000 making effective price Rs.12,499. However, it is currently not available for purchase. Stay tuned to our page for more updates on the phone.
