Motorola Moto G4 Play Launched in India For Rs. 8,999

Lenovo India today launched the Moto G4 Play in India. The device has been priced at Rs. 8,999. Earlier, there were leaks that suggested the same price. The Moto G4 Play is a variant of the Moto G4. The device was unveiled in May. The device will be sold exclusively by Amazon India starting today at 10 PM. The device will be available in Black and White color variants

Moto G4 Play Specs

The Lenovo Moto G4 Play runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Like other Moto devices, the device will come with a stock Android experience along with some minor additions by the company.

The Moto G4 Play features a 5 inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. The device comes with a pixel density of ~294 ppi. The device comes with a water repellent nano-coating.

The Moto G4 Play is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 clubbed with Adreno 306 GPU. The device comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The internal storage on the device can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.

Coming to the camera department, the Moto G4 Play sports an 8 MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, autofocus and LED flash. The camera comes with features such as Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR. On the front, the device features a 5 MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture and display flash.

The device is powered by a 2,800 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and Micro-USB.
