Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro With 5.7-inch display, 4GB RAM Launched For Rs. 27,990

At a press event held in New Delhi, Samsung has launched the Galaxy C7 Pro in India. The device was initially launched in China back in January 2017. It is a slightly improved version of Galaxy C7, which hasn’t been launched in India. The device is priced at Rs. 27,990.

The Galaxy C7 Pro sports a 5.7-inch full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) IPS LCD panel with a pixel density of 386ppi. The screen is protected by 2.5D on the top. Under to hood, it runs a Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 626 chipset with eight Cortex A-53 cores clocked at 2.2Ghz, paired with Adreno 506 GPU. In the storage segment, it comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage with an option to expand the storage via microSD card upto 256GB.

On the camera front, Galaxy C7 Pro houses a 16MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture that is assisted by a dual-tone LED flash and autofocus. The camera on the front is also a 16MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture and display flash. It runs on Android 6.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.

A non-removable 3300mAh battery with support for fast charging fuels Galaxy C7 Pro. Connectivity options on the device include 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB Type-C. Sensors on board are Fingerprint (front-mounted). The sensors onboard include an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. The device launched in two colors: Navy Blue and Gold.

Price and Availability

The device is priced at Rs. 27,990. It will be exclusively sold on Amazon.in starting from 11th April. At this price point, it faces fierce competition from the likes OnePlus 3T, Nubia Z11, Vivo V5 Plus, Oppo F3 Plus, etc.
