The company has taken it on Twitter by posting a tweet reading, “and Android 4.4.4; KitKat rolling (phased) for #XperiaZ1, #ZUltra & #Z1Compact – app improvements, camera tweaks, security updates & more!” However, it will definitely take a while for the vendor to roll out the update across the global markets as it is carried out in phases.
