Vivo Y55L launched with 5.2 Inch Display, Snapdragon 430 at Rs. 11,980

Vivo has been spending a lot over their branding. If you still remember last IPL then you will know that Vivo was their major official partner, however they are not launching lots of phones in India market yet.

Few month back we reported about Vivo Y51 which was a budget Android smartphone (7000 INR to 9000 INR) and now they have upgraded this series with Vivo Y55L.

Vivo Y55L Key Specifications

It has got Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 which is Octa-Core processor with a maximum clock speed of 1.4 GHz. Performance of Vivo Y55L is further supported by 2GB RAM which seems decent in this price range. Looking at the rear camera, we have 8MP with an LED Flash along with 5MP camera in front along with Smart Screen Flash (which means that while taking selfies your screen will flash with a bright white light).

A good news for you is that Vivo Y55L will come with Android Marshmallow v6.0.1 out of the box and will be supported by a battery of 2730 mAh. Now this also looks pretty decent when you have latest Qualcomm Processor in Snapdragon 400 series along with a 5.2 Inches IPS display and 720p HD resolution.

Like any other Android device with similar specification and price range, Vivo Y55L also has a Dual SIM slots supporting 4G. It will come with 16GB of internal memory (we will update you with the available memory for the users) and will have a support of 128 GB via a microSD card.

Price and Availability

It is priced at Rs. 11,980 and will be available offline only. you can buy VIVO Y55L from 10th of October onwards.

Conclusion

To be really honest, this is toughest price range or I should say most competitive price range for Indian Smartphone market. Smartphones like Moto G series, Xiaomi Mi 4i, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and more offer a lot better camera, processor and RAM memory. Hence, it may struggle a little to keep its sales up .
