Xolo has come up with a Windows Phone based smartphone called Xolo Win Q1000. The mid-range smartphone is priced at Rs 8,499 and it was rumored to be in the works since December last year. The handset looks different from the first Windows Phone smartphone of Xolo – Win Q900S as the latest one is sleek.
In terms of specifications, Xolo seems to have packed the mid-ranger with impressive aspects. The device is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad core processor ticking at 1.2 GHz clock speed. This processor is paired with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage capacity that can be expanded further. It remains to be unknown if the device supports storing applications in the micro SD card.
There is a 5 inch IPS LCD display with OGS (One Glass Solution) in the Xolo Win Q1000. The panel is believed to be display crystal clear images with vibrant colors. With HD screen resolution, the display has a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch that is quite average. We can expect the smartphone’s display to be better in light transmission and dust resistance with improved touch sensitivity.

For imaging, the Xolo Win Q1000 makes use of an 8 MP rear camera with PureCel sensor and f/2.0 aperture to render excellent photos even in low light conditions. There is also a 2 MP front facing snapper onboard to handle selfies and video conferencing. A 2,200 mAh battery powers the smartphone from within. The device comes packed with usual connectivity aspects such as 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, dual SIM and others.
Xolo Win Q1000 is priced at Rs 8,499 that is pretty impressive for the specifications it is packed with. Xolo is yet to reveal an official word regarding the availability of the smartphone.
