HTC Desire 10 Pro Display
The HTC Desire 10 Pro comes with a 5.5 inch full HD IPS LCD display with Gorilla Glass protection. The pixel density of the display stands at ~401 PPI with 70.5% screen to body ratio. The display is bright and color reproduction is good. You won’t find any pixelation with the naked eyes and the viewing angles are also good.
Camera Overview
The HTC Desire 10 Pro comes with a 20 MP camera on the back with an f/2.2 aperture. It is assisted by dual LED flash, Laser Autofocus, Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS), a BSI sensor and auto HDR mode. It supports video recording up to 1080p. On the front you get a 13 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
In our initial testing with the Desire 10 Pro, we found that the rear camera performs well enough in natural lighting conditions with good focus and bokeh effect in macro shots. Selfie camera also performs quite good with wide angle capture.
Pricing and Availability
The HTC Desire 10 Pro has been priced at Rs. 26,490. It will be available in two colours – Stone Black and Polar White. HTC has announced that the phone will be made available across the country from mid-December.
Conclusion
The phone packs a decent hardware and packs a very good camera combo. HTC also has fairly good after sales support. The overall set of specifications is good but not the best in this price segment. A better and more powerful processor would have been really good to see as Helio P10 is more of a mid range SoC. Although anyone looking for a phone with a good camera combo and brand support can consider this device.
