[Review] Logitech Keyboard Folio for iPad

There are times when you may feel the need an extra keyboard but most of them come with a battery which dies out in some and when you urgently feel the need to connect a bluetooth keyboard but you might get to know that the bluetooth keyboard you are carrying is out of the battery because you forgot to charge it on time. Now we tell you about this new Logitech Keyboard Folio which has the ability to type for two hours a day for two years on a full charge even in a dark room.

Build Quality and Form Factor

Firstly the build quality and form factor of Logitech Keyboard folio is really good as if you talk about the build it is fairly strong to protect your iPad from any damage and on the other hand it gives you a book kind of form factor which makes it easy to carry and use.

Battery Life

We tested the battery life on Solar Keyboard Folio I used it for at least 10 days minimum during which I never had any issues while connecting the same to my iPad as the keyboard has solar cells which keep charging the the keyboard automatically so battery was never a issue.

Viewing Modes

One thing more I liked about this keyboard + case is, it gave me different view options for my iPad for both entertainment and work there are two slanting modes in which it can be adjusted.

Keyboard

It had all the required keys for implementing different functions, however the keys had good amount of travel and feedback which was good enough to support long typing work, keys feel quite similar to a MacBook. However, the plastic is noticeably of lesser quality.

Logitech recommends six hours in a room with decent lighting for a full charge. In other words, if you store the case in a room with even low light it should work fine without any issues for much longer time you can expect.
