Release of the 3D mobile phones started with LG Optimus 3D in July 2011 and it was continued by HTC Evo 3D in May 2012, both of these phones were available in India for 28990INR and 24999INR (LG Optimus 3D is still available to the users) but HTC Evo 3D has been discontinued and as we know that Micromax is known for releasing the phones which carry the most popular features of the high-end phones launched by Mobile phone giants like Samsung, LG, HTC, Sony etc at a very low price and it seems that they are about to do it again.
Rumors have been leaked about the release of Micromax A115 Canvas 3D and the leaked specs match the hardware specs of the previous phone and moreover this phone comes with the latest OS i.e. Jellybean. As of now we are not updated about the availability of this phone in India but we know for sure that Micromax is already over-burdened with order for Canvas A116 HD and they have decided to increase of the same product. So, I think once they are done with the pending orders of their previous device, they will be looking forward to launch this new version.
The phone seems to be powered by 1GHz MediaTek MT 6577 Dual Core processor and it has got 8MP of primary camera. The processor might be less powerful as compared to the previous 3D phone launched before but primary camera is better than them and the secondary camera used in this case is 2 MP. The size of the screen is 5 inches with 3D display and the resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The power of the phone is supported by 1GB RAM and the internal storage capacity is 4GB which can be extended to 32GB.
So these are the expected hardware specs of the Micromax A115 Canvas 3D and MMXNewscaster has also revealed that the successor to the same phone will be released with much better hardware configuration include the usage of Quad-Core Processor, 5-inch Super HD AMOLED Display, a 13MP primary camera and Android 4.2. We will keep you updated if any of these products is released or launched by Micromax.
