Huawei G700 With MediaTek Processor and 2GB RAM Leaked

When most manufacturers are having trouble trying to integrate 2GB RAM with the Mediatek MT6589, it looks like Huawei have already found a way out. We’re referring to a leaked image of what looks like a Huawei phone running on the popular MT6589 with 2GB of RAM! This should be good news for fans of brands like UMi who are yet to deliver their promise of the 2GB RAM equipped UMi X2.

The device in question is the Huawei G700 – and by the looks of it the phone is running the Emotion UI, which is Huawei’s own version of Android. The interesting thing is that no phone is currently available in the market with 2GB of RAM on the Mediatek 6589 platform – so this makes it all the more exciting for fans looking forward to devices with that configuration.

As it is visible in the picture, the device clearly shows 2.00GB of RAM, this should clear the minds of some.  Apart from the RAM, nothing else about the device looks too special or overwhelming – a regular run-of-the-mill 720p screen, 8 ROM, 1.2 GHz frequency…

Since this is a leak, we advice our readers to take this with a pinch of salt. You never know, this might well be true or maybe not, we will have to wait and see.
