Micromax A88 Canvas Music with JBL Headsets available at Rs 8,499 INR

I actually like this thing about Micromax that whenever they release any product it creates its own category like Canvas HD, then Ninja A72 then again Canvas 3D and now we have A88. By different category I meant to say that all their product target to a different set of users. Users who only want a big screen to watch movies and other videos and who do not have any interest in the gaming or heavy applications will choose Ninja A72. Users who want everything best in their phone but at the cheap prices then they will go for Canvas HD A116.

The same Micromax with their A88 Canvas Music has targeted the set users who love to listen music and they have not done it by simply providing the great mobile phone speakers which can produce good music rather they have done that by providing their customers with JBL headphones. This phone has a screen size of 4.5 inch and the power under the hood is also adequate for the usual or normal operation of the phone (so not expect to play High def games on this phone).

The processor used is 1GHz Dual Core Processor and we are not sure about the manufacturer of the processor but we can assume it to be the Mediatek looking at the previous processors used by Micromax on their phones, again as similar to the information available for Micromax Canvas 3D they have not talked about the RAM memory on this device.

The internal storage capacity of the device is again not mentioned by Micromax but again they have mentioned that it can be extended up to 32GB with the help of external storage capacity. The battery strength of 1800 mAh will provide you the talktime of 5 hours when you are on 2G.

The special feature with this phone is the availability of HBL Tempo headsets which will provide you the wonderful experience of music and then MLive web service where you will be able to download the unlimited number of songs on your mobile phone. The device will be available at the price of 8,499 INR and it will be available at all the online stores pretty soon. Stay tuned to be updated when this is available online. We will talk about the detailed specs of this phone in out Quick Review post of this device.
