Samsung Offers Rs. 10,000 Discount on Galaxy Note 2 in an Exchange Offer

War of Samsung and Apple continues to attract  potential buyers from the rival’s pack. Samsung has launched its “Samsung Galaxy Note II Smart Upgrade Offer” wherein the customers can get a discount of Rs. 10,000 if they trade in their old smart phones in decent condition. (Intact LCD screen and keypad, valid SIM detection, battery charger, etc.)


The Samsung galaxy note two is priced at 37,500 with this discount you will have to pay only Rs. 27,500; moreover you can pay the amount in 6 monthly installments, thus costing you Rs. 4,584 for the next six months. On the other hand if you decide to buy the new Samsung Galaxy s4 which is currently priced at RS 40,300, you will have to spend just Rs 3,358 for the next twelve month as per Samsungs EMI scheme.

In this offer you will get an instant discount of 5000 rupees at the Samsung store after you fill in a form regarding your old phones details. You can schedule a courier pickup within next 7 days for your old phone. They will inspect your phone and reimburse the remaining Rs. 5000 within up to two weeks of the phone reaching their warehouse.

We last saw a similar offer to boost sales from cell phone giant APPLE who offered cash back for students in India willing to trade their old smart phones. Previous to that Samsung offered cash back of 15% on selected galaxy devices using selected credit cards which was later extended to 31st may for Samsung Galaxy note 2. It seems like amidst the arrival of Samsung galaxy S 4 and rumors of Samsung Galaxy note 3 Samsung is eager to boost the sales of its excess stalk of Galaxy note 2.
