Earlier we had covered a announcement of into Micromax Canvas 4 and also took sneak peak into what it looks like from leaked images and specifications. Micromax will soon launch this much hyped flagship smartphone and has already announced pre booking for this phone from 28th June.
Micromax has been advertising this phone using teasers on Facebook and YouTube . The new teaser of Micromax gives us an insight into a new feature of this flagship phone, which is a new Lockscreen in canvas 4. as we can see in the teaser image , it is showing slide, swipe press to unlock feature and the caption says “slide,swipe,press to unlock…what next” . we know that apple popularized “slid to unlock” feature on original iPhone. so this teaser in a way increases our expectations that this phone will set new industrial standards.
we can expect this phone to have full HD 1080p display and a powerful quad core processor. as we have already seen in YouTube teaser and leaked images, This phone has a autofocus 13 MP camera with LED flash. leaked specs claim 1.2 GHz clock frequency, along with 1 GB RAM. It is expected that Micromax will backup a powerful chipset with android jelly bean operating system.
One thing is for sure that this time around Micromax is emphasizing on body design(which appears metallic) rather than only on specs of the device. The price of this device is not specified yet but it will be more than canvas HD (which is currently priced 12000 INR).
