This phone features a 4.7 Inch display, comfortable enough to hold and large enough to enjoy multimedia features. The display resolution of 720p HD Display resolution will give you an above average pixel density of 312 ppi (iPhone 5 has 326 ppi).

This phone will be powered by 1.4 GHz dual-core processor backed by 1 GB RAM capacity. The internal memory of 8 GB is also much above what we usually see in other dual core devices. The internal memory can be further extended using MicroSD card support. This processor will compete with low-cost quad core processor at the expected price range.

The primary camera is of 8 MP which is in line with what other domestic Quad core manufacturers are offering these days (at least on paper). A front camera of 1.3 MP is also present for video calling.

On the software front this phone comes with Android 4.1 jelly bean operating system. The battery capacity is 2150 mAh and this will easily carry you through the day. It is more than what most domestic manufacturers will offer with the mid range Quad core devices.

This phone has better Display and battery specifications compared to the recently launched Sony Xperia M and Huawei Ascend P1, but is expected to cost more too. As the recent data provided by IDC domestic manufacturer shipped more units in this quarter rather than the popular brands. So it is very clear that to survive in Indian market you have to provide competitive features and pricing. This phone too will be a viable option if LG keeps the pricing in the expected range of 12,000 to 15,000 INR.
