iBall has launched a New tablet, iBall Edu-Slide, which targets IIT-JEE aspirants by providing pre-installed preparation material. The hardware specifications are also pretty good but the price is a little too steep at 30,999 for Wifi version and 35,999 for 3G variant.
The Study material will be from renowned Bansal classes, famous among IIT JEE aspirants. Includes a master problem package, eBooks for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with personalization tools and online evaluation test package.
The display is 10.1 Inch IPS HD display with 1280 x 1024 pixels. This will give you pixel density of 165 ppi which is pretty good clarity for a tablet. The operating system employed is Android 4.1 jelly bean operating system.
The Wi-Fi version will come with 1.5 GHz dual core processor and the 3G version will come with a quad core processor whose clock frequency has not been specified. The RAM capacity of 1 GB backs up these processors and the internal storage capacity will be 8 GB. This storage is further extendable to 32 GB.
The primary camera has an 8 MP sensor and the front camera is a VGA camera which could be used for video calling. The battery capacity is 8000 mAh. High battery capacity will be very convenient for students who need can use the study material while on the move without having to worry about frequently running out of charge.

Yes the pricing is a little steep and you can get an iPad 16 GB with retina display at this price range. With Google Nexus 7 second edition and LG G PAD 8.3 coming to India soon the customer base of this tablet is expected to be limited to IIT JEE aspirants, who can keep all their prep material easily accessible at one place.
