Two more Budget smartphones from Spice appeared on the Spice’s own online retail store Saholic today. Spice Smart Flo Ivory 2 Mi-423 and Smart Flo Edge Mi-349 are the new addition to the Smart Flo series which includes recently launched Spice Smart Flo Pace 3. Both of these phones are basic phones meant for first time smartphone users.
The Spice Smart Flo Ivory 2 Mi-423 comes with a Four Inch display with 480 x 320 pixel resolution which is quite poor sharpness on a 4 inch display and will give you 144 pixels per inches but again you can’t complain at this price range. On the software front this phone runs on Android 4.2 jelly bean operating system
This phone is powered by 1 GHz Dual core processor. The memory allocated to RAM is an expected 256 MB and the internal storage is 512 MB, extendable up to 32 GB. The phone comes with a 3.2 MP primary camera with LED flash and a 1.3 MP primary camera at the front. The battery capacity is 1400 mAh.
The Spice Smart Flo Edge Mi-349 comes with a smaller 3.5 inch display better suited to 480 x 320 pixel resolution. The processor is a single core 1 GHz processor and the rest of the chipset specifications remain same with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM.
The primary camera is of 1.3 MP and front VGA camera is also present. The battery capacity has been upgraded to 1500 mAh in this one. The phone runs on Android 2.3 Ginger bread operating system which in spite of being primitive still has its fair share in Android Eco System.
Both of these phones support Dual SIM functionality and connectivity features include 2G , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and micro USB. The Spice Smart Flo Ivory 2 Mi-423 and the Smart Flo Edge Mi-349 are priced at Rs. 4,099 and Rs. 3,099 respectively. These phones will compete against phones like Intex Cloud X3, Intex Cloud X4, Videocon A 24, Lava iris 3G 356 and Lava Iris 3G 402.
