Xolo A600 (Quick Review) was introduced on Xolo Website along with Xolo Q900, and this phone has now been officially launched at 8,199 INR. The phone bears standard budget Android phone chipset with an above average display, all packed in an attractive body design.
This phone comes with a 4.5 Inch Display with 960 x 540 qHD pixel resolution, which we have seen in phones like Lava iris 454, and is one of the best display configurations which you can expect at this price range.
The phone will be powered by 1.3 GHz dual core processor similar to what we have seen in most recently launched phones. The RAM capacity is standard 512 MB which will be sufficient for all general purpose usage and Apps, but will fall short if you plan on engaging in extensive gaming. Internal storage is 4 GB and can be extended to 32 GB using MicroSD card.
The Primary auto focus camera is of 5 MP and supports horizontal panorama mode. A VGA front camera is also present for video calling. Camera features are nothing to boost about at this price range and you can get better 8 MP Camera from phones like Lava iris 458 and Celkon Signature One A107+ .
The battery capacity is 1900 mAh which is again above average and Xolo claims this will give you up to 22 hours of talk time on 2G, 10 hours on 3G and up to 6 hours of Video playback. These are tall claims. The phone runs on Android Jelly bean operating system and supports Dual SIM functionality.
The phone comes with good budget phone features and we expect the best buy price to be less than the MRP to make it a sweet deal. The Phone will compete with phones like Micromax Canvas Fun A76 and Quad core phones like Xolo Q700 available for small price difference.
