Domestic brand Wickedleak has today launched a new tablet, Wammy Ethos Tab 3, in India priced at Rs. 10,990. The 7 inch tablet is powered by a quad core processor bears humble specifications and will compete against tablets like Oplus Xonpad 7, Dell Venue 7 and Simmtronics Xpad Mini.

The Wammy Ethos 3 flaunts a 7 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. The operating system employed is Android 4.2 jelly bean operating system which will provide you with rich android experience.

The tablet is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core processor backed by 1 GB DDR3 RAM. The internal storage is 8 GB and can be further extended to 32 GB using MicroSD card. The chipset used is MT8389 from Taiwanese giant MediaTek.

The primary camera at the back has a 5 MP sensor and you will also get a 2 MP front camera for video calling. Flash support is also present at the back for low light photography.

The battery capacity is 3500 mAh which is expected to power it for around 5 to 6 hours with moderate usage. The tablets also sports dual SIM functionality with support for 3G connectivity on one SIM. Other connectivity features include Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS and A-GPS.

The Wikedleak will face stiff competition from other 7 inch tablets in this price range all offering similar or better features. Wickedleak Wammy Ethos Tab 3 is currently available for booking at WickedLeak’s website for Rs.10,990.
