Zen Mobiles has presented another smartphone in its Ultrafone series, namely Zen Ultrafone 504 priced at Rs. 7,999. The price seems slightly high for a Dual Core MT6582 chipset smartphone in present scenario. Other hardware is also similar to other dual core smartphones, but the company has managed to squeeze in a 5 inch display.

Apart from the 5 inch IPS LCD display with unspecified resolution, the Ultrafone 504 also employs a 1.3 GHz Dual core chipset backed by 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal memory. The chipset is most likely MT6572 which we have seen in most other MediaTek dual core smartphones like Xolo A500S.

The primary camera has a 5 MP sensor and at the front, a 1.3 MP unit is present at the front for video calling. The battery capacity is 2000 mAh and other connectivity options include 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. on the software front, the phone comes with Android 4.2 jelly bean for rich android experience.

As mentioned above the spec sheet is not quite impressive especially when various quad core smartphones like Micromax Canvas Mad, Gionee Pioneer P3, etc are also available in the same price bracket. The phone has been listed on Zen official website and will be available for purchase soon.
