HP has launched a budget Android tablet dubbed as dubbed HP 8 1401. The tablet is available on HP’s US store for a price tag of $169.99 (~ 10,400 INR). The budget Android tablet packs decent hardware to compete in the budget tablet segment along with the HP branding and all the perks that come along side.
The tablet features a 7.85 inch 1024×768 IPS LCD display powered by quad-core Allwinner A31s chipset ticking at unspecified clock frequency. Chipset also houses 1 GB RAM and 16 GB in built storage extendable to 32 GB using MicroSD support.
