Micromax Canvas Knight is here and it has a slew of Octa core devices to compete with which have gone on sale pretty much at the same time as the Canvas Knight. One of these is the Wickedleak Wammy Passion X which had been launched recently for Rs 22,500 and has waterproof ability as its unique selling point. Its price has now been reduced to Rs 18,500. It has been bestowed upon by the AquaProtect waterproof technology which protects the device from getting affected by water or water-based liquid. Display and Processor
Canvas Knight as well as the Wammy Passion X get a 5 inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. However, the Passion X gets OGS display and Canvas Knight might also feature Corning Gorilla Glass 2 if we go by the specss of Wiko Highway (its re branded variant)we will confirm that later.

The Canvas Knight gets a 16MP camera with an Omnivision sensor and M8 Largan Lens which gets coupled with an 8MP front camera. The imaging department of the Canvas Knight performs better than the 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera of the Wammy Passion X.
The Canvas Knight comes shod with 32GB of internal storage capacity bit the same cannot be expanded due to the lack of microSD card slot. On the other hand, the Wammy Passion X comes with 16GB of internal storage capacity which can be expanded by another 64GB with the help of a microSD card. So the Wammy Passion X has a slightly upper hand in this regard.
Battery and Operating System
The Canvas Knight derives its power from a 2,350 mAh battery whereas the Wammy Passion X is given the juice by a 2,500 mAh battery. So the Wickedleak offering surges ahead of the Canvas Knight by a small margin.
Both of them run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and seeing the fact that they are flagships, both of them have an equal chance of getting an update to the Android version in future.

Conclusion
Both the smartphone go head to head in terms of specifications though Micromax Canvas Knight is a better one in the camera and processing department. Wammy Passion X gets waterproofing abilities and expandable storage and gets priced less. Wickedleak is not as reliable as Micromax in terms of after sales services and this might pose an issue for the Passion X. As of now, my vote goes to the Canvas Knight.
