Design and Build
The LG L90 comes with a 4.7 inch screen with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and pretty narrow bezel which make the device look pretty good. Corning Gorilla Glass 2 on top of it for protection. It gets It has an all plastic body which feels good to hold so LG hasn’t cut a lot of corners in this regard.
The L90 will provide for decent single handed operations as all its physical hardware keys can be reached out with the single hand. It gets an infrared blaster on the top which will help you double up the smartphone as a remote control for your televisions and DVD players.
Camera and Internal Storage
The L90 gets an 8MP camera at the rear with a LED flash and the same teams up with a 1.3MP front camera. The rear camera is market dependant but we will probably get the 8MP snapper instead of the 5MP unit that will be on offer in some of the markets. The rear camera will support 1080p video recording @ 30 fps.
The internal storage of the L90 will stand at 8GB and there will be a microSD card slot as well up for grabs which will support memory cards of up to 32GB. Seeing the fact that it is a mid ranger, we can’t really complain in this regard.
Battery, Operating System and Chipset
The L90 comes shod with a 2,540 mAh battery unit that will easily last it for over a day seeing the fact that it is a pretty decent unit for a mid range device. Most handsets usually feature batteries of lesser capacities in the mid range segments so LG has done well to give it a good battery unit.
It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat which will be a segment first when it gets launched in India as none of the other mid rangers run on the latest version of Android. So L90 has an upper hand in this regard over others.
Giving it the processing prowess is a Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 which has a 1.2 GHz quad core CPU based on Cortex A7 architecture and the same teams up with an Adreno 305 GPU. With Snapdragon 400 on board coupled with a 1GB RAM, the L90 will surely have the Moto G in sight as one of its chief rivals.

Conclusion
The L90 has a decent set of specifications for a mid range device and the same if priced well can do LG a world of good to get the sales momentum going in the mid-range segment. If LG manages to price it below Rs 15,000, the smartphone can be expected to sell well in the Indian market.
