Videocon has just launched a budget handset named A29 in the country which will be aimed at the youth for Rs 5799. The budget handset comes with entry level set of specifications but makes up for that with a leather back which looks premium and lends it an upmarket feel. It comes with Dual SIM connectivity like every other budget device and is meant primarily for the ones looking to get maximum value for money. The Videocon A29 comes with a camera unit that is modest to say the least and you can not expect good quality images from the same. It has a 3.2MP rear camera coupled with a VGA camera and they are meant to just get things done for you in times of need.
The internal storage capacity stands at 4GB which is what you get in the segment and it can be expanded by another 32GB with the help of the microSD card slot which has been available. These have similar or better specifications but are slotted in the same price range of being sub Rs 7,000 devices. Videocon’s service network is wide as well due to its presence in other electronic arenas.
