Apart from providing Kitkat updates for existing devices, Xolo will also launch KitKat based smartphone in the upcoming month. Google Launched Android 4.4 last year and domestic manufacturers have been quite slow in the adoption of latest KitKat operating system.
Xolo won’t be the first Domestic brand to present Kitkat out of the box. Karbonn announced three kitkat based smartphones few weeks back and the first of the three, Karbonn Titanium Hexa will be available for purchase starting from 20th May.
The latest Kitkat operating system brings several interesting changes like printing support, immersive mode and more lock-screen functionality, but its greatest power lies in being resource efficient. Google has designed KitKat to work even with as low as 512 MB RAM.
If you are looking for an Android KitKat smartphone, there are several phones including recently launched Moto E, already available in all price range. The list set to further increase in next few weeks.
