So, here we have two devices by iBall in Andi4 series. One of them is named as iBall Andi4 IPS GEM which is available at 5,699 INR and the other one named as iBall Andi4 Velvet is available at 5,199 INR. Both of them are very similar in their on-paper specifications expect of the fact that iBall Andi4 Velvet supports only 2G network and so it is 500 INR cheaper than iBall Andi4 Gem.
Both of these devices are powered by 1.3 GHz Dual Core Mediatek Cortex A7 processors and have 4 Inches of display with the resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The version of Android, i.e. Android 4.2 is also the same on the both devices along with the memory allocation to RAM which is 256 MB.

The talk-time may vary because both of them have the same strength of 1300 mAh but iBall Andi4 Gem supports 3G whereas iBall Andi4 Velvet doesn’t. The internal memory cap for both the device is 2GB which can be expanded up to 32GB of storage.
