Microsoft increased the desirability factor of Windows Phone platform by several degrees with the launch of Windows Phone 8.1 and now, the new Windows Phone OS with full blown Notification center, Cortana personal voice assistant and much more, will be available on all popular phones in Lumia series via Lumia Cyan Update in the next couple of months.
Prolific leakster @Evleaks has ousted full schedule for Nokia Lumia Cyan updates which will roll out starting in third week of June and continue till August 2014.
Lumia 1520, Lumia 1020 and Lumia 925 will be among the first phones getting this update. Lumia 525 is something we don’t see on this list but the leaked info is for Benelux region comprising of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

We expect the Lumia Cyan update to rollout in the same time frame in India as well. For now, Nokia Lumia 630 is the only phone selling with Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box in India.
