As per the recent changes rolled out in a facebook app for iOS and android, It has got the feature which now allows you to post an update on facebook even when you are not connected to internet. As per this feature, if you have composed a facebook update with or without images and other media and the moment you try to post it you see there is no connectivity so you end up waiting for the internet access and then retry posting it.
Facebook Post Update When Internet Access Resumes
The new updated version of facebook now handle this things pretty well as if you have a status update which is supposed to be posted, you just try posting it and it will keep that in the queue and will auto post the status with all media and text without further needing any input from your end.
Moreover you can also turn off auto play of video on facebook app and you can turn off facebook chat in case that’s annoying to you.
