Following the launch of AX356 earlier this month, Maxx Mobile has come up with yet another low cost smartphone dubbed MSD7 Smarty AXD21. The handset is priced at Rs 4,020 and it carries the credit of being the first Android 4.4 KitKat based smartphone launched by the firm.
When it comes to specifications, the Maxx MSD7 Smarty AXD21 is given a 4 inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. Powering the handset from within is a 1 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572M processor that is supplemented with a mere 512 MB of RAM.
Fueled by Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, the Maxx MSD7 Smarty AXD21 packs a standard 4 GB of internal storage capacity that is expandable up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. Handling the imaging requirements of the device is a basic 3.2 MP primary snapper paired with LED flash and a VGA front-facer that can make basic video calls.
The Maxx MSD7 Smarty AXD21 includes a standard set of connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Also, it draws its energy from a 1,450 mAh battery that should be capable of delivering a decent backup to the device housing such basic specs.
Furthermore, the Maxx MSD7 Smarty AXD21 arrives packed with a slew of pre-loaded with applications such as MAXX World, MAXX life Box, MAXX Care, MAXX New Launch, Getit, OLX, Flipkart, Hungama, Opera Mini, Wechat, Gameloft games and more. Interestingly, the handset comes with a free 16 GB memory card and will be made exclusively available via Snapdeal.
