Spectranet home and business customers will now avail further improvement customer network management and technical support, as Spectranet and iYogi have entered into a partnership and have introduced Tech Assist, a premium technical support service for its Broadband customers powered by FOX (Fiber Optic Xperience).
Spectranet Tech Assist will be managed by iYogi aims at providing 24 x 7 customer support for all devices and peripherals from a single platform. The company believes that this strategic move will drive 12% increase in revenue, and 15% reduction in support costs in next 12 to 24 months.
