Prior to 3rd September launch, images of Note 4 have surfaced online according to reliable sources at GSMArena. As you can see in the images, the Note 4 flaunts metal chamfered iPhone resembling side edges (most probably of metal) which we have also seen in numerous Galaxy Alpha leaked images.

The back side also falls in line with Samsung tradition and replaces the stitched faux leather finish with a different leather textured plastic back. Like always, the S-Pen is housed in a slot present at the back. A MicroUSB 3.0 port and speaker grill is also present at the bottom edge.

The display is 5.7 inches in size will supposedly feature 2560 x 1440 pixels Quad HD (2k) resolution. After using LG G3 for a while we did notice the difference moving back to full HD display panel, but we do hope Samsung provides with a rapid charging technology that works.

Since the retail box images have also been leaked side by side, the leaked images seem reliable. There is also a heart rate sensor at the back. Overall the design isn’t a big departure from usual Samsung design language and we are more eager to see what Samsung puts on the software front.

The Note series has a reputation of pushing technology to its limits and this time won’t be any different. Samsung will perhaps use Snapdragon 805 or 64 bit Snapdragon 810 or 808 chipsets in its next Note Series smartphone. Let’s wait and watch.
