Also, the benchmark test reveals the complete specifications of the Google Shamu showing the presence of a 5.2 inch Quad HD display carrying a screen resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. Under the hood, the handset is claimed to come stuffed with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset housing a quad-core Krait processor ticking at 2.65 GHz teamed up with 3 GB of RAM and Adreno 420 graphics unit.

Unsurprisingly, the benchmark suggests that the handset runs on the latest Android L operating system and boast of a 13 MP primary snapper at its rear with support for 4K video recording paired with a 2.1 MP front-facing selfie camera. Other aspects aboard the Google Shamu are likely to include NFC, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi.

An earlier GFXBench listing suggested that the Google Shamu will be arriving with internal hardware that makes it similar to the Samsung Galaxy S5, OnePlus One, HTC One M8 and Sony Xperia X2.

However, there is no clear picture on the exact launch date or final specifications of the device and we need to wait until fall.
