Micromax might launch another smartphone on Monday, 1st September 2014. The semi-invite labels democratization of technology, a similar tag line which was used for Xolo Hive. Certainly Micromax won’t be launching a new UI, but will we witness first Android One Smartphone?
That sounds exciting. The Android One program aims at bringing the latest and greatest Android Version to the masses for a reasonable $100 price tag, thus improving the crappy software experience budget Android users have been facing so far. Attractive hardware and Software at reasonable price does sounds befitting to “democratization of technology”.
Android One program was expected to launch in September but we were expecting Micromax’s offering a tad bit later. On the other hand, Android One phone is the only big thing we are expecting from Micromax for now.
