From the leaked image, it appears like this smartphone is a budget friendly device and it appears to sync with the rumors regarding the RM 1090 that were making rounds lately. The device follows the Lumia design cues such as no physical buttons and presence of soft keys carried by the other Lumia phones. On close observation, there is a front facing camera on the alleged Lumia 535 and dual SIM icons on the display.
