Celkon was long rumored to be working on a Windows Phone based smartphone. Last week, the vendor announced the Celkon Win 400 smartphone with the Microsoft mobile platform for a luring price tag of Rs 4,999. The device is based on the Qualcomm Reference Design and it is exclusively available via the e-commerce portal Snapdeal. Following this move, Celkon joins the existing fleet of India based Windows Phone device manufacturers including Micromax, Karbonn and Xolo. The Celkon Win 400 incorporates a 5 MP primary snapper at its back teamed up with LED flash that will render a great low light performance.
