Back in September, Jivi announced the launch of the cheapest Android smartphone called Jivi JSP 20 for Rs 1,999. Now, the vendor has come up with the cheapest Android smartphone dubbed Jivi JSP Q56 carrying a pricing of Rs 4,399 and it is available exclusively via Amazon India.
Detailing on specifications, the Jivi JSP Q56 is given a 4.5 inch display with a FWVGA resolution of 854×480 pixels. The handset is powered by a quad core processor of unspecified chipset clocked at 1.2 GHz aided by 512 MB of RAM. The handset runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and boasts of an 8 MP primary camera and a 2 MP front facing selfie snapper.
Storage wise, the entry level smartphone bundles 4 GB of native storage capacity that can be expanded externally up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. The dual SIM Jivi JSP Q56 is packed with connectivity aspects including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and micro USB for connectivity and is energized by a 2,000 mAh battery of undisclosed backup.
The Jivi JSP Q56 smartphone would definitely be a tough challenger to the other smartphones that are available in the price bracket as the others in this segment are dual core offerings.
