iBall has launched a budget tablet called iBall Slide 6351-Q40i for a pricing of Rs 4,999. This slate is the sequel to the iBall Slide 6351-Q40 launched in 2014. The Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom suggests claims that the tablet is available for Rs 4,699.
In terms of technical specifications, the iBall Slide 6351-Q40i features a 7 inch IPS display with a basic resolution of 1024×600 pixels. Under its hood operates a 1.3 GHz quad core Cortex A7 processor that is teamed up with 512 MB of RAM. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat platform and bundles 8 GB of internal storage space that can be extended by another 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card.
The iBall Slide 6351-Q40i is given a 2 MP main snapper with LED flash and boasts of a VGA front facing selfie snapper for basic video conferencing. There are connectivity aspects such as 3G (via USB dongle), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB OTG. A 2,500 mAh battery powers the smartphone from within rendering a decent backup to the iBall tablet.
