Micromax did well with Unite 2 last year and is now back with its successor Canvas Unite 3 Q372, which is now available on Infibeam. On the specification front, apart from a slight bump in rear camera, most other hardware remains same.
Bucking the general trend, Unite 3 display hasn’t gone any bigger and remains steady at 4.7 Inches, with same 480 x 800 pixels aboard, which might seem more restricted one year down the line.
The handset is powered by 1.3 GHz MT6582M quad core chip which with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. The storage is further expandable by another 32 GB using MicroSD support.
Out of the box software is Android 5.0 Lollipop, and perhaps this will be the most noticeable difference on user end compared to the predecessor Unite 2. As you can see in the image, Micromax is using the same ROM as in Canvas Spark with several preloaded apps.
