Display and Processor
While Yureka is a full-fledged 5.5 Inch display phablet, Yuphoria has a more manageable 5 Inch IPS LCD display with similar 1280 X 720 pixels. Smaller size would make Yuphoria slightly sharper. Colors on Yureka are colder and more saturated compared to Yureka. It depends on individual taste, but Yureka display works comparatively better for us.
While Yureka is powered by 1.5 GHz Octa Core 64 bit Cortex A53 based Snapdragon 615 chipset, Yuphoria employs its younger sibling, i.e., 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 quad core but aided with same 2 GB RAM for efficient multitasking and durable performance.
Camera and Internal Storage
Yuphoria employs a bigger 13 MP camera sensor with wide aperture lens and Yuphoria downgrades this to an 8 MP rear camera. Both phones offer same 5 MP selfie shooter with wide angle lens for detailed selfies. You can record 1080p full HD videos from primary cameras of both of these devices.
Internal storage is again similar on both of these smartphones. You get 16 GB internal storage which can be further expanded by another 32 GB using microSD support.

Battery and Other Features
Yureka offers a 2500 mAh battery while Yuphoria has a 2230 mAh battery. Since the display size and clock frequency have been reduced in Yuphoria, backup shouldn’t be affected much as compared to Yureka. We will give our verdict after we have spent more time with Yureka.
Yuphoria comes with Cyanogen 12 OS pre-installed, while Yureka has already received the software via OTA update. So both devices will offer similar software experience. Yureka is slim smartphone with moonstone back finish, whereas, Yuphoria includes metallic side frame for more premium feel.
