Apart from affordable Chromebooks, Google has also launched Asus Chromebox for meetings in India, priced at 90,000 INR. This includes a remote, camera, microphone and Google Apps for business package – all you need to run a meeting in a conference room.
Asus Chromebox is powered by 4th generation Intel Core i7 processor with 4 GB RAM and runs on Chrome OS. Chromebox is meant to enhance your meeting rooms. The system is well integrated with Google calendar and hangouts for proper communication and to set schedules, which will always be available on the conference room display you attach Chromebox to.
Chromebox supports up to 15 video streams and for security, all these will be encrypted. To attend meeting, you can use any device which runs Hangouts.

The video camera can record 1080p full HD videos, but can also automatically switch resolution if bandwidth is low. With single click you can start remote meetings and share all documents with your colleagues.
