Lenovo Phab and Lenovo Phab Plus With Gigantic Displays Released Globally

After China, Lenovo has launched Phab and Phab Plus smartphones for International markets at IFA 2015. Lenovo has tried thinking a little out of the box when we consider the size of its new devices. They might make you scratch your head before you decide if they are baby tablets or they are smartphones. The  size might be the reason Lenovo calls them Phab and Phab Plus, because they look as if a tablet and a phone have truly mingled, which we call a Phablet.

Lenovo Phab Plus is the higher-end of the two that comes with a huge 6.8 inch, 1080p (Full HD) display. Lenovo makes big claims about this device as it is a bit more interesting among the two Phab phones that they have introduced. The dual-sim Phab Plus is packed with a 64-bit Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 Soc, 32GB built-in storage expandable up to 64GB and carries a 3500 mAh battery to keep things running. The phone has uni-body metal build, weighs around 222 grams and is just 7.6mm thick.

Lenovo Phab is for those who want to shed a little less from their pockets and still own a Phablet, as the specs are just decent and the price is lower compared to Lenovo Phab Plus. Lenovo Phab features a 7 inch IPS display (1280 x 720) which is even bigger than the Phab Plus, 64 bit Quad-core chip supported by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It has modest 4250 mAh battery which is kind of mandatory to power the 7 Inch  display. All hardware is packed into a 250 g frame that is just 8.9mm thick.
