SmartBand 2 SWR12 is an intelligent heart rate monitor and activity tracker which is compatible with all android smartphones running Android Kitkat 4.4 or higher and iOS devices running iOS8.2 or higher. SmartBand 2 keeps a tab on your pulse and stress levels during daily activities, monitoring your energy rise and fall patterns. Thus you can easily access what makes you excited and calm and everything in between. It tracks your sleep patterns and come with a built in accelerometer to track and keep a log of your running and jogging data.
SmartBand 2 comes with IP (Ingress Protection) rating of IP68 for dust and water resistance. It simply means that it can handle intense workout routines and swimming sessions with ease. This activity band tracker can last up to 2 days on a single charge with heart rate monitoring turned on and up to 5 days with heart rate monitoring turned off.
SmartBand 2 comes with vibrating alert and optional colored LEDs to let you know about an arriving notifications. You can set different colors for different notification types which is pretty much innovative on the part of Sony. SmartBand 2 comes with an Independent Mode which let you track your activities even without a smartphone. So it is perfect for running, jogging and swimming.
