Google Announces Nexus 5X in India, Starting At INR 31,990

At the Google event in New Delhi today, the company announced its exclusive LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P for Indian consumers. These flagship devices were launched on 29th September in San Francisco with the Android Marshmallow at the Google event. Nexus 5X will be retailed exclusively by Amazon India and can also be purchased offline from 21st October at Mobile Store, Reliance Digital, and Croma, and a few more retailers.

The LG Nexus 5X sports a 5.2 inch full-HD display with a density of 424ppi, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by the same Qualcomm 64-bit hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor found in LG G4. It also features Adreno 418 GPU and 2GB of RAM with 16/32 GB internal storage options. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

LG Nexus 5X carries a fingerprint sensor below the camera for added safety and has the dual-speaker grill on the front. The rear camera is 12.3 MP which can record 4K and slow-motion at 120fps, an f/2.0 aperture and the front camera is 5 MP which has HDR+ and an f/2.0 aperture. It is powered by a 2700mAh battery, which supports Quick Charging and can run up to 3.8 hours after 10 minutes charge.

The 16 GB variant is priced at INR 31,990 and the 32 GB variant is priced at 35,990. The available colour variants are Charcoal (Black), Quartz (White) and Ice Blue (Mint). You can pre-book the Nexus 5X from today after 2 PM only on Amazon, and it will be available for sale from October 21. The company is offering exciting deal, if you pre-book the Nexus 5X you will get a Bluetooth headset worth INR 2,500 for free, also a screen replacement guarantee worth INR 6,500, and HDFC Bank credit card users can avail a cashback worth INR 3,500.
