Lenovo ZUK Z1 launched in India for Rs 13,499

Lenovo has launched its online only sub-brand Zuk in India. It has launched the Zuk Z1. It will be exclusively available on Amazon India for Rs 13,499. The first sale is on May 19 at 2PM. Registrations for the sale have begun from today.

The Lenovo Zuk Z1 runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop-based Cyanogen OS 12.1. This will be the first device from Lenovo to run on Cyanogen OS. This will also make Lenovo the only brand after Micromax YU to use Cyanogen OS in India.

The Z1 features a 5.5-inch full HD display, with a pixel density of ~401 PPI. The device comes with a 2.5GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with Adreno 330 3D GPU. The Z1 comes with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, but there is no provision for a microSD card.

The Z1 comes with a 13-megapixel primary camera, featuring a Sony IMX214 sensor, with Optical Image Stabilization and dual LED flash. On the front, there’s an 8-megapixel camera.

The Z1 is powered by a 4,100 mAh battery which can provide 38 hours of 4G talk time and up to 526 hours of Standby time.

On the connectivty front, the device includes 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type C 3.0 and GPS.
