Home grown smartphone manufacturer YU Televentures added one more phone to their portfolio, Yu Yureka S. This is the same phone which surfaced with the model number YU5200 back in March and is now is listed on the company’s website. The YU Yureka S is priced at INR 12,999 in the listing and will come in Grey color. It is expected to launch soon and will be available through the online channels as always.
Yu Yureka S comes with a 5.2-inch Full-HD IPS display with a pixel density of 423ppi and Gorilla 3 protection. Under the hood, it runs on a octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset clocked at 1.7GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. It has got 3GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory which is expandable via hybrid card slot.
On the camera front, it sports a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, OmniVision (OV13850) sensor. For selfies it has a 5MP camera with f/2.2 aperture, OmniVision (OV5693) sensor and 84-degree wide-angle lens.
The Yu Yureka will be having Android Lollipop (5.1) out of the box and is backed by a 3,000mAh battery with Quickcharge 1.0 technology. It has got a metal and polycarbonate chassis with a thickness of 8.5mm and weighs 172gms.
Yureka S has got all the necessary sensors including G-Sensor, L-Sensor, 6-axis Gyroscope and Proximity Sensor.Connectivity options includes, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG, Micro USB and a Hybrid dual-SIM slot.
