Moto E3 Power To Be Launched In India On September 19

The Motorola Moto E3 Power was launched last month in Hong Kong. Motorola, through a tweet has announced that the device will be available in India starting from September 19. The device will be sold exclusively sold by Flipkart in India. This is the successor of the Moto E3 that was launched earlier.

Motorola is targeting the Moto E3 Power at those users who want to have good battery backup that can last a day comfortably. The Moto E3 Power comes with a big 3500 mAh battery – given its specs, it should easily last you for more than a day’s worth of usage.

Moto E3 Power Specifications

The Moto E3 Power runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The device features a 5 inch HD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The device comes with a pixel density of ~294 ppi.

The Moto E3 Power is powered by a 1 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor paired with Mali-T720MP2 GPU. It is the second Motorola phone to come with a Mediatek processor – the first being the Moto E3 launched in July this year.


In the memory department, the Moto E3 power comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. The internal storage on the device can be further expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card.

Coming to the cameras, the Moto E3 Power sports an 8 MP primary camera on the back with autofocus and an LED flash. It features a 5 MP secondary camera for selfies.

The device comes with a Li-Ion 3,500 mAh battery. Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio and microUSB v2.0.

Pricing And Availability

The Moto E3 Power will be available in India from September 19th, exclusively on Flipkart. While we don’t know the exact prices yet, you can expect it to cost between Rs. 9,000-10,000, keeping the Hong Kong launch prices in mind.
