Domestic smartphone manufacturer Swipe launched a new budget smartphone, Elite Star. It is an affordable budget smartphone which comes with 4G and VoLTE support at a cheaper price tag. We have already seen few budget 4G Android smartphones from Swipe this year. It is priced at Rs. 3,333 and will be available exclusively on e-commerce site Flipkart. It is offered in White and Black color options.
This phone comes with with built-in support for 12 Indian regional languages and some gestures support. This device is also one of the cheapest 4G smartphone available in Indian market and supports Reliance JIO Welcome offer. Being a 4-inch device, it is also quite comfortable and handy to hold.
Swipe Elite Star Specification
It comes with a 4-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) display. It is powered by a Quad core chipset clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with 1GB of RAM. It has got a 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable upto 32GB via micro-SD card slot.
Camera optics include a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash, and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera for clicking selfies. It is backed up by a 2,000 mAh battery to juice the device. It comes in a really handy and ergonomic design and measures 125.5 x 64.6 x 10.6 mm.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, dual SIM, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and micro USB. Here, both the SIM slot supports 4G LTE networks. Sensors include proximity, G-sensor and accelerometer.

It runs on Android Marshmallow (6.0) with company’s own custom Indus OS on top. Indus OS is the world’s first OS to support 12 Indian regional languages. Additionally it also provides a hybrid keyboard which allows to type regional languages using English keyboard.

Swipe Elite Star is priced at Rs. 3,333 and is exclusively sold via e-commerce site Flipkart. It will be available in two color options, White and Black.
