Flipkart has tagged OnePlus 3 at Rs 18,999 which is a kind of steal for this phone. There is a teaser released which lands to the OnePlus 3’s product page, that reflects the price tag of Rs 27,999. But, during Big Shopping Days sale, Flipkart is set to offer it for Rs 18,999 but, the catch is, OnePlus has informed users to buy it at their own risk and it will not offer 1 year warranty or any guarantee.

The sale is set to begin at 4 PM on December 18. According to the teaser, the phone will be available in limited quantities and only with soft gold colour variant. Even the company’s CEO was caught with surprise and tweeted asking Flipkart’s co-founder Sachin Bansal, “brother, what is this? We are exclusive with Amazon”.

Should you buy?

In this case, should one really buy OnePlus 3 from Flipkart? If we look at the configuration of the phone, it is definitely aggressive at the price Flipkart is offering but, with no guarantee and warranty from the manufacturer’s end, there might be some issue with handsets. Still, we cannot assure about this. There is another probability that Flipkart might have bought a series of OnePlus 3 for offering it at a steal price, might help in increasing the traffic on the website.

Whatever is the case, the reality is not clear yet and a recent update about the deal is that Flipkart has removed the OnePlus 3 product page from the site for now. So, the question remains unanswered that is it a reality? Let’s wait for the Big Shopping Days and see whether the phone is available at the said price or not.
